Viviana the store manager was very helpful in getting my phone service switched over to Metro. The transition was a smooth. I wish my previous provider was as helpful as Viviana was while porting my number over, but that’s a different story and it explains why they’re my old service provider. Go Metro! View on Google

I have needed to visit this store twice. Once to start home internet, and once because I had to switch my cell phone with its "twin" (I bought the exact same model, when it went on clearance, years ago, as a backup). Both times there were silly system technical issues. However, both times the employees went over and above, and used their sense, problem solving skills, and determination to help me, as a customer. Thankfully, I have only needed to actually visit 2 stores (San Ysidro is the other one), and neither of these two have let me down. View on Google
