I called customer service, and upgraded my phone, The agent signed me up for a deal that wasn't correct. I got the phone two days later. I went to metro p c s store on fifth street and market, so they could help me activate it. (Well, I was signed up for an extra line that I wasn't told about or wanted., So this messed everything up with my account and my two phones.) Inside the metro store I spoke to Adolfo and Cathy. They were friendly, patient, professional and very competent. After about forty five minutes and with their persistence,......everything worked out fine and I left happy.
