    I had a wonderful experience at Metro by T-Mobile, thanks to the outstanding service provided by their representative, I was a bit nervous about upgrading to a new phone, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. Not only did he help me choose the perfect phone for my needs, but he also took the time to set it up for me and explain how everything works. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I was comfortable with all the new features. I truly appreciated how he made the process so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this store and their exceptional customer service. I didn't write this but it said everything I would have said. He also took everything to my car and put my walker in my trunk for me. Great service. Very impressed. Thank you again for all your help! View on Google
