I had an excellent experience at Metro PCS on Ridgewood South Daytona with Kaylee. She went above and beyond to help me activate my phone, which had a security lock on the SIM card via Spectrum. Kaylee provided exceptional service, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of cell phones and carriers. Came in this evening and met Aaron. He took extra good care of me. I got the TCL NXTPAPER 70Pro and I love this phone. I have an IPhone on a different carrier and I like the NXTPAPER 70Pro better.
