What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. If I had written this the day I visited this store, my review would not have been positive. Luckily I've been a customer a very long time. So, I held off to see if they would make it right. Obviously they did. They heard me and immediately addressed my issue making me a continued loyal customer. Thank goodness for that loyalty.
