Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I went in with a t-mobile phone not knowing they are different. It was my daughter's and we hadn't done something right when setting up. Best lady ever took 5 minutes it works perfectly. She was the best. I went into Verizon once because something that was Verizon wasn't working and they wouldn't even touch it. I had to call a number and try to talk to someone. View on Google

Tyler was super nice and helpful. We had some issues with a new phone from Best Buy and he was able to fix it and he even waved the activation fee when he had to go back again. View on Google
