Brought in an unlocked t-mobile phone that was unlocked, but there was an issue, and a different metro was unable to connect it. Walked into this store. Thanks to DIEGO and all his hard work. He was able to not just figure it out in just a few minutes. But got it to work. Great job ! Reccomended metro store. View on Google

Went to Metro today to have my phone transferred over .. I have to say this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Plaza was very courteous and kind and helped me set up my Phone he took his time and was very Polite and patient I have to say this was the best experience I’ve Ever had Any kind of phone store I didn’t have to deal with anything.
