Brought my 84 year old uncle back to the store on November 9th, to purchase another phone after he decided that his new Flip phone wasn't "user-friendly" for him....lol. And TeKella was great at explaining everything, and patient with her company's customer service/technical support team.....which took several minutes to resolve the issues with malfunctioning SIM cards. Metro, your store reps are awesome.....however, your customers shouldn't be charged additional fees to replace or initiate SIM cards that are clearly defective or malfunctioning. The additional cost of $10, should NOT be the responsibility of your loyal customers but rather Metro's responsibility. R, Future T-Mobile Customer View on Google
