We went in because it had been a couple years since we upgraded our phones. Katie was amazing and helped us get what we needed and wanted. Even returned the next day with some questions that were handled with care. For someone being called "Miss Piggy with the glasses" by others, she was an absolute gem to us. Highly recommend.
