Unfortunately, I had to pay MetroPCS (Grant and Alvernon) a visit this past Sunday, January 12, 2025.... After the lousy phone and customer service with Cricket I finally decided to switch service providers.
CINDY'S amazing customer service turned my horrible day around. She was amazing to say the least! So friendly and patient with knowledge to answer all the questions we had.
She made transferring our phone numbers and picking out the best phone deals for my budget FAST and EASY!
If you're looking to give METROPCS a try as your new cell service provider, I highly suggest visiting CINDY at the GRANT and ALVERNON location.
