Your phone is $99.99 and you’ll need to pay any applicable sales tax. A connection fee of up to $25 may apply and you’ll pay for the first month of your new line. After your third month of service, you’ll need to properly complete a form for your virtual prepaid Mastercard, which you can use online or in stores; no cash access and expires in 6 months. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I went to three different locations before coming here, I was interested in the $25 promo if you bring your own phone. Every story except this location was trying to charge me $100 out the door. Went in to buy 2 new phones for my kids and my husband who can’t stand bad customer service was amazed by andres’s great and outstanding costumer service. He was able to helps us with the best options for our grandfathered plan since we were considering switching to sprint for better plans but he was able to help our needs. His patience and amazing way of explaining every detail is greatly appreciated . I have recommended family and friends and told them to specifically ask for andres. Cindy helped me get my phone set. I was moving from cricket to T-Mobile because I got a new phone for christmas. She was awesome! She got me an amazing price to get started and explained everything to me in a way that did not make me feel dumb for not knowing how to use my phone. Went in today to add a line to my account and my sales rep Cindy was absolutely amazing she was respectful and kind and answered all my questions with a positive attitude had a smile on her face the whole time and held a conversation the whole time I was there I would say this is the best metro that I have been to in a very long time with amazing customer service I will definitely be back for only this Metro thank you Cindy for all your help that you did today and making my Metro experience amazing View on Google
