Metro phone by T Mobil on West Capital Ave deserves the highest rating possible. The very ethical manager,
Isela, and her wonderful assistant Tiffany invited my wife into their business after she was broadsided by a
jeep (our car is totaled) that jumped across a lane and hit her with a loud bang. All the airbags went off,
but miraculously my wife walked away and was invited in with kindness into Metro Phone and they let her stay
for 3 hours while the police, ambulence and fire department came in and out of Metro to talk to and help my
wife. My wife offered to buy them something nice to eat, and also a twenty dollar tip of appreciation but
they refused both, saying they just wanted to help. Who does that in this world? It was a very hot day and
their great generosity and kindness made a very tramatic experience less terrible. They helped a lot of
customers while we were there, and they both are very brilliant and knowledgable, trying to give everyone
what they wanted with great deals. We listened as they very carefully explained the different phones and
different plans, and made it very understandable while giving a lot of information, patiently and
intelligently.These are very honorable ethical and great people: they have earned my
trust and regard, and I would recommend them VERY HIGHLY for anyone to purchase phones, phone service, phone support
accessories etc., as they have shown themselves to be trustworthy kind and ethical. We owe them
GREAT THANKS!

The staff here is excellent, very patient and knowledgable about their products. I am giving a definite shoutout to Isella. She was great in fixing a problem that I would eventually maybe figured out....uh no, wouldn't have without her. Thank you!
