    Transfered my cell service from Verizon (shit) to metro pcs a few days ago. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from kelly, I believe her name was and Cristy.     I came to this location in regards to get help, which the store manager Kristy was helpful and solved my issues, After going to Coventry location and having to deal with a rude, non attentive, young lady Nicole who wouldn't help me with the problems I was having with my cellphone, seemed as though I was bugging her . She was getting so upset with the questions I was asking. I pay my cellphone service and sometimes I need help. This was unnecessary for me to be treated this way. Metro get it together with your Coventry store. View on Google

    I went to this location for a new phone and was lucky to be helped by Yassin. He was great! Answered all my questions, switched over everything from my old phone, and just an over all wonderful experience. I stopped in again with a few questions and was not as fortunate... the girl that day was a little pushy and abrupt, not what I was expecting!!! I went back again the other day and met Preshes!! She was also a great help!! Her personality and knowledge was so refreshing!! She was very helpful and I will make sure to go back there after 4:00 to be sure to get her again. View on Google
