You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I had an issue where my phone wasnt getting service, and I couldnt get any texts from Metro to get into my account. Brought the phone in here, and she unblocked metros number, restarted my phone, and boom full 5g bars again! She was so helpful and I am so glad to have my phone back up and running! Way better than verizon stores too where I'd probably still be sitting waiting for my number to come up. Metro, and this particular store are the terrific! View on Google
