    I usually hate going into phone stores because it’s always a huge complication and half of the time things don’t get done right however I went into this location yesterday On 12th Ave. in Hialeah, the assistant named Carla helped me out with the situation I had from a previous store a few days ago before immediately her customer service was outstanding, …you don’t get any more out there she went above and beyond to take care of the situation and made sure that I left with the problem resolved. I am taking the rest of my family this week to switch over to Metro PCS as well with her .. amazing customer service amazing attention to detail thank you Carla for everything you did for me and my niece I appreciate it so much and thank you for the purchase of the new iPhone so glad I switched over to MetroPCS now.
