What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I went in the store to change phone carriers and get their home internet services. Chase assisted me with everything taking almost 2 hours of his time to get me squared away while still assisting other customers at the same time. This is the only metro location I have used or will ever use. If you want a true customer service experience go see Chase and crew. Thank you again Chase for the great service and experience.
