    Sarah and ? I'm so. Sorry I can't think of her name right now, but they help me so much Sarah was on it!!! I have been having so many problems with my phone only to call and try to get a live Human being through metro and only for them to tell me to call 611 which you cannot get a live human. It was just a Tennis ball back-and-forth. All I needed was help with the settings but,..when you get someone from another country, it's hard to understand them and quite frankly. The whole system is a mess. But having said that, Sarah and the other lady at the La Puente store on Hacienda boulevard are doing an awesome job. I felt so much relief because. after about a week. Going back-and-forth with these people and AI which is a disaster, and you can't get a human being to speak to anymore, but again, Sarah to care of it.!!! View on Google
