The best customer service i have ever received at a phone or internet company. Moe went above and beyond with me and was so patient. I really hope they are taking care of such an exceptional employee as he is definitely the exception and not the norm. I also watched him with an elderly customer who was having difficulty understanding, she was clearly flustered but Moe has an easy.and calm way about him that seemed yo give her some peace and with his patience and expertise he was able to help her learn how to do things that she was sure that she would be unable to do.
