    I went into this Metro PCS when my I Phone 15pro stopped working it would not make phone calls or connect with wireless network. When I met Caussuandra she assured me she would get me the best deal on a new phone. So I shopped around to many providers. Some wanted allot down for the phone I wanted and others high monthly payment. Some would take trade in some didn’t. I wasn’t happy with any the deals I came across on Saturday 3/28/26. So I returned to Metro the same day and I was greeted by Cassuandra once again. I got a great deal. I traded in my I phone for the value of $836 and bought a new I phone 17 pro max. I was only out of the pocket $370 for a new phone. And I did not have to sign a long-term contract for a high monthly rate. I got unlimited service and data at a very reasonably price.$70 per month. And if you want a high-end new phone does not mean you have to fall victim to a long term expensive contract. Thank you Caussuandra for doing everything you could do to try to fix my iPhone 15 Pro Max and get me an awesome deal on a better phone. View on Google
