You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I walked into Metro yesterday with a limited window of time to resolve my issue. I don't know if he's a manager or not, but Meek was beyond outstanding. It seemed as though he was in the store by himself, but he immediately jumped up to help me review the multiple plan options, compare phone specs, and set up the contract I decided to go with. I also purchased a case and screen protectors, fully expecting to handle the installation of those items myself, but before I even noticed he had done the application for me. The best part of it all is the fact that I was out of the store in less than ten minutes. I was very impressed and grateful for the assistance and insight he provided.
