(Translated by Google) When or how will Metro supervise dealers' fraudulent practices? They disguise supposed offers with deceptive charges. I just wanted to exchange my device for a new one and activate my chip. They deceptively sold me a new line ($68) plus accessories, a charger, a case, a wall charger, and a protective glass, about $150 in total. I thought I was paying for the phone when it was actually free. I asked them to add the number to my family account. NO, they opened another account for me. 2. They denied me the service of purchasing a phone and activating my chip with my regular number. 3. They refused to connect me with customer service or the Dealer Support Group. They yelled at me to never return to their store (who wants to be scammed again?). I filed a report with the consumer protection bureau, but they never gave me DSG's number. My complaint remained on a customer service file. Please, when you go to Metro, accessories aren't free. You're not obligated to buy them unless a ticket says "0 is free." I'm going to continue looking for contact with corporate. It wasn't just this store; at the second store, where I was finally able to buy a device, they added $70 for, again, chargers and cables I never ordered. It took an hour to get them to refund me half the money. Yes, they still owe me money. So, I'm going to continue looking for a way to contact a regional manager or someone who can really resolve this. No solo fue esta tienda, en la 2a, donde por fin pude comprar un equipo me agregaron 70 dls por, otra vez, cargadores y cables que nunca pedi, me tomo 1 hrs que me regresaran a medias el.dinero, si, aun me deben dinero.
