First, I want to give a HUGE thank you to Tim! Tim went above and beyond to help my husband set us his new phone. While this might sound like no big deal, other stores (Kass Circle, 19 & Forest Oaks) gave us nothing but problems.
These stores are franchises, and they think they can do whatever they want. I can tell you that we pass at least four Metro stores before reaching four corners, and they are now OUR store!
My husband ordered a phone online because when he tried to get the deal in person at local stores, he was told "it doesn't work that way anymore." Huh? We bring in the deal for an iPhone 16e for 99.99, no activation fee, and a promise that we'll receive a $100 gift card after three payments. It has all the terms and conditions, and you want to charge us $400??
When we received the phone and activated it, we saw something was wrong. We went to another store that told us they couldn't do anything at all because it was bought on line, and everything had to be done through them. UMmmm NOT TRUE
This is where TIM from the store at FOUR CORNERS comes in. Apparently, part of the problem was that AT&T didn't transfer the phone, and Tim got that all taken care of. He also transferred my husbands contacts, pictures, and apps. TIM, thank you so much!!! Your store now has our business, and I just referred 4 others to you. Tim is not only an asset to this franchise, he is an asset to Metro by T-Mobile!
