You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Staff went above and beyond. Metro technical support accidentally placed my phone on a red line, while attempting to fix technical issues. Came to this store and the manager assisted me for more than an hour attempting while contacting technical support. Main reason I remain a metro customer was due to the staff here. 4 months later, wanted to say thanks! View on Google
