You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Excellent customer service!!! Ivan was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. I bought a new phone plus upgraded my service plan at this store. Ivan answered all my questions and set up the new phone for me. He was absolutely the best! I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). This Metro by T-Mobile definitely deserves 5☆ and I would always go back here! I highly recommend Ivan and this particular store ☆☆☆☆☆!!! View on Google
