How can I qualify for this offer?
You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available.
Home internet eligibility is determined at the household level. Household eligibility is based off network capacity, which is expanding all the time, but can also change as more customers join 5G Home Internet from Metro. Check availability.
What do I pay for service?
Pay $50 for your first month of service. After your first month, pay $45/month when you sign up for AutoPay to receive a $5 monthly discount (or pay $50/month without AutoPay). Sales tax and regulatory fees are included in monthly plan price.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 14 days if you are not happy with your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.
Are there limits?
Limit 1 offer per account/household.
What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network. Speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. Customers that use more than 1.2TB of data in a month may experience reduced speeds until the next bill cycle due to data prioritization. Users will be notified when they approach 1.2TB. Data prioritization helps balance and maintain high-quality service for all customers.

Your Home Internet service is only available at the address you provide for activation.
Not compatible with some live TV streaming services.
What about the 5-Year Price Guarantee?
5-year guarantee means we won’t change the price of talk, text, and 5G smartphone data on our network for at least 5 years while you are on an eligible plan. Guarantee also applies to price for data on wearable/tablet/mobile internet lines added to your plan. Your guarantee starts when you activate or switch to an eligible plan and doesn't restart if you add a line or change plans after that. Per-use charges, plan add-ons, third-party services, and network management practices aren’t included.
