    I had a great experience at this phone store thanks to the manager. They were very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The manager took the time to explain all the options clearly and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. Their customer service was excellent, and they handled everything in a friendly and respectful way. It’s clear they care about helping customers and running the store well.     I want to give big shout out to Giovanni at Metro on Olden Avenue..if Giovanni not in the store when you go there I suggest that you leave because you will not get proper customer service if if bro ain't there sad to say but it's facts...I lost access to my account didn't remember my pin or security questions.. Giovanni totally took the time to help calling is store associate get me my information so I could update my password and update my security questions.. 10.5 rating for Giovanni.. View on Google
