You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I went to get a new charger for my son. Wire and mount. The lady was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, the charger didn't work on my phone. It was supposed to be a fast charger, but it wasn't fast at all. I called to inform them of my issue. It was the same lady who helped me earlier. Told me if I was able to go back. I was. She traded the charger out, gave me all new upgraded ones. She tried it there, and this one was charging the phone fast. I appreciate her solving my issue in a timely manner and her politeness.
