What a breath of fresh air. My wife and I came in to remove some items from our plan and to add another phone line. Jackie helped us and did a great job. She got everything done that we needed and ended up saving us some money. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

I took my deaf client in to Metro to get a new phone. Jackie and Alexis were there. I cannot say more about their professionalism, caring and giving their all to help. It did not take long to find a phone. He was eligible for a discount and could get the phone he liked for $135 tops including tax. Well, his SLC wanted to think about it so we left. She decided that was ok, so instead of making my client wait until the following weekend, I decided to go to Metro on my own time. Unfortunately, neither Jackie or Alexis were working and the gentleman, who shall remain nameless until his own review, He was very convincing and had me believing that Jackie and Alexis didn’t know what they were talking about. He said the phone picked ours was not eligible for a discount, so he changed everything and put him in a $55 a month plan. I just wasn’t feeling right about it and went back in on Monday. Jackie was beside herself and extremely apologetic and got right to work to fix what this other clerk had done. Because he had put my client in a new account, the phone he wanted was now free (the male clerk lied about that too). They both helped, it was a quiet day. It took a few hours and a few phone calls, but in the end, he could not get his old account back, but he had the phone he wanted and would be able to go to a cheaper plan in 3 months and it only cost him $110. Five stars is not enough for Jackie and Alexis. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for new cell service.
