Pay in store: If your nearest Metro store is not open during these uncertain times and you'd like to pay in case, you can purchase a prepaid Visa, MasterCard or AMEX gift card at your nearest grocery store and go online to make your payment. There is a four dollar processing fee. Payment will be processed within two hours after submission. Pay by check: You can also send us a check if it's more convenient. Just make it out to Metro by T-Mobile and mail it. Be sure to include your account number on the check, and don't forget the postage! Mail checks to: Metro by T-Mobile P.O. Box 5119 Carol Stream, IL 60197-5119. Postage fee only. Payment will be processed within seven to ten business days.
