As your needs change, you can change your plan when you're ready. Use this page to get started!

Change plan online

  1. Once logged in, select the desired line from the Lines and Devices section.
  2. In the plan section, select Change.
  3. While on the Update Your Plan section, locate the desired plan, then select Choose Plan.
  4. Select the start date and select Confirm Start Date
  5. .Review the plan change, payment amount, and payment cycle details.
  6. To confirm the change, select Yes, I'm Sure.
  7. Select Confirm to make the change.
  8. Select Return to Dashboard, then select Continue to complete the transaction.

Account impacts

  • Changing your plan may impact your current promotions.
  • Once you change from a retired plan, you will not be able to get it back.
  • Consider the impact to other lines on your account which may be getting discounts or bundled services before changing plans.
  • Service changes are automatically billed and may require same-day payment to prevent service interruption.
