1. Customer calls a number that is not included in their Metro by T-Mobile plan.
2. Instead of being connected, the customer hears an announcement stating they need to add Select Shared Calling.
3. To complete the call the customer will need to visit their local store or contact Customer Care at 1-888-8metro8 to add the $3 for 300 minutes or $10 for 1000 minutes of Select Shared Calling service.

• Scam ID displays "Scam Likely" on your screen when calls come in from likely scammers on both smartphones and feature phones with Caller ID.
• Scam Block allows you to block Scam Likely calls.

• Enable Scam ID by dialing #ONI# (#664#) and pressing the call button in the phone’s dialer.
• To turn on Scam Block, customers can dial #ONB# (#662#) or, to turn it off, dial #OFB# (#632#). To check whether Scam Block is on or off, customers can dial #STS# (#787#).

• Network level protection has been added to stop the increasingly common “Neighborhood Spoofing” and prevent hijacked numbers (where scammers temporarily match the area code and 3-digit prefix of the person they are targeting) from reaching your phone.
• Help us improve these services by reporting an improperly identified call.

Web Guard is a free service for Metro by T-Mobile customers that you can use to help restrict adult content from being seen or accessed by family members under 18 years old.
• Web Guard has multiple filters that you can set for blocking or restricting content: Child, Teen, Young Adult and No restrictions.
• Browsing over Wi-Fi, user generated content, downloaded 3rd party web browsers, secured web sites (https://) and accessing application content are not blocked.
• Web Guard is not available on all devices and may not work at certain times or in certain locations.
• Web Guard is not a substitute for monitoring access to content.

• Web Guard can be accessed through MyAccount and you can turn on/off the filtering at any time.
